So, I’m in the process of signing up to an online site to track my fitness (nice way of saying to loose some blubber) of my own free will at my wife’s insistence, and the first step is to choose a user name. I put in ‘Skinny Jeans’ as the most manly weight reduction name that I could come up with (McLovin just doesn’t express me as a person, and I don”t have the mustache to pull off Macho Man), but to my abject horror it was already taken. Ten seconds into the weight loss program and I’m already not the person who I thought I was going to become; Everybody’s right – losing weight is hard.
In retaliation of Jacqi getting me to sign up to the fitness website (the fact that it was a result of my constant complaining about wanting to lose some weight is irrelevant here – I never let the facts get in the way of a good rant)I have listed my age as younger than hers on the web site. She can run miles around me, and subsist on a single cheerio a day, but no amount of cardio or situps can change the fact that in cyberspace I will be forever younger than her. Muhahahahaha!!
Petty and shallow I know, but what else would you expect from a guy named SkinnyJeansToo?
